I think that's what happened to me.  I went to the Techserv list page and 
saw that somehow I was only subscribed to the OT forum.  That explains why 
I haven't been getting PEDA messages.  As to why I was dropped, that is a 
mystery.

Thanks to all those who answered my lonely call in the desert...I will keep 
using 99SE for as long as it continues to do what I need.  After that, I 
will check out the FOSS alternatives, if any (gEDA, etc.).  Does anyone 
know if Altium has made any progress toward a Linux version? 
Realistically, with MS skyrocketing prices for Vista, and dismal reviews, I 
can't see MS in my long-term future.  Still using W2K on my workstation, 
XPpro on laptop, and Linux for all the servers.
