Schau doch mal in der Config.pm nach ob die Sendmail Einstellungen stimmen
/ gemacht sind
Folgender Eintrag sollte / muss gesetzt sein.

# ------------------------------------------------------#
$Self->{'SendmailModule'} = 'Kernel::System::Email::SMTP';
$Self->{'SendmailModule::Host'} = 'exchange.derfirma.com';
$Self->{'SendmailModule::AuthUser'} = 'firmenuser';
$Self->{'SendmailModule::AuthPassword'} = 'firmenuserpasswort';

Danke für den Tip...
Ich hab nun diese Einstellungen im OTRS gemacht, doch leider funktionierts
irgendwie nicht.
Denn wenn ich eine Mail senden möchte kommt folgende Meldung:
