Moin-moin, Li. Okay, auf http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2006-February/ hat Edgar Meij im Thread "OTRS statistics" angehaengtes Statistik-Framework publiziert. Es enthaelt auch eine README und er gibt weitere Hinweise in dem o.a. Thread. Ich schau mal, was sich daraus machen laesst...
