Gehe mal bitte ins Verzeichnis ~otrs/Kernel/Config/Files und lösche alle
Dateien mit der Endung .pm, jedoch _nicht_ die ZZZAuto.pm.
Sag dann mal bitte Bescheid, ob es geholfen hat.
