(/usr/local/otrs/Kernel/System/WebService.pm) patchen.
Nach
$Self->{CommonObject}->{ConfigObject} = Kernel::Config->new();
musst Du einfach noch ein
$Self->{CommonObject}->{EncodeObject} = Kernel::System::Encode->new(
%{ $Self->{CommonObject} },
);
einfügen.
Dann sollte es funktionieren.
