Bei mir ist's: # cat setpermissions.sh bin/SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=www-data --otrs-group=www-data --web-group=www-data /opt/otrs > SetPermissions.sh sowie der obligatorische Restart des Webservers wurden > mehrfach ausgef�hrt und k�nnen also auch nicht das Problem sein.
