For 'customeruser' in the admin area, you can add a user to the database
and create a login, right? is there any way for a customer to do this
themselves? As in, a customer goes to the website, wants to put in a
trouble ticket, but has never been here before. They can't login until
a username and password are issued to them. is there a pre-login page
for new customers that would allow a customer to submit a username
(their email address) and a password, and then they can go to the login
page and continue from there? That way the customer doesn't have to
submit a request for a login, wait for a reply and then go log in.. All
customers would have the same limited priveleges.
