Is Apache2 and mod_perl2 the default on RH8?

Hmm.. the problem is mod_perl2 (still in development). If you use mod_perl1 
it would work fine.

Anyway, add a bug report "Not working with mod_perl2 under RH8" to 
http://bugs.otrs.org/ and we will work on it. Thanks!
