Queue 'test-session-raw' unlock time '0'. -=> Locked ticket (2003020610000194 
with state open) -=> Ticket is locked and shown in AgentMailbox -=>

The ticket is unlocked.

I can't believe that this isn' working for you! :-/

If it's still not working for you, open an bug on bugs.otrs.org and we
will debug it on SQL level.
