Hi,

In the customer interface, if a ticket is created where the first word
starts with "Re" the subject line of the message is truncated in the my
ticket display within the customer interface.

For example, if you create a ticket with a subject of "Repeating my earlier
concerns," it will appear in the customer interface as "peating my earlier
concerns."

I haven't really tested this thoroughly, but it appears that this isn't
affected in email notifications or via the agent interface.
