Hello:
As far as I can determine, ticket merging is "on the to-do list" but not
implemented as yet. Is there anyone out there who has a workaround to this?
Alternatively, is there anyone out there who is working on this feature who
might have and be willing to share their current code for the same in return
(and back to otrs naturally)?
This need is a show-stopper for us so any information, advise or pointers anyone has will be greatly appreciated.
