the body of each ticket, i.e. all of the agent's comments or user's
email message? I looked through the ticket table and couldn't find
them, nor in the article table. Which table and which field is it?
Also, which table contains the abbreviated ticket history that appears
in the ticket zoom view above the ticket? Which field?
