Hi ,

I'm afraid I don't have an easy answer for you , best I can think of (if you 
haven't already reinstalled) is to reinstall.

There's a Defaults.pm file in /Kernel/Config with some helpful info , just copy 
whatever you need into your Config.pm

Alternatively set "$Self->{'SecureMode'} = 0" in your Config.pm and run the 
installer.pl again.
