Can't you just create some extra queues, users, mailboxes, etc. in
your current installation? Would be easier to setup, I think.
Otherwise you'd have to copy your OTRS tree to another location and
copy the apache config and adapt the paths and such. I have no idea
if it's feasible with a Windows install of OTRS, as I only have
experience with OTRS on Linux.
