Hello Help!
I'm trying to authenticate our customers to LDAP, but its not working.
Everything has been installed properly. We keep getting the following error:
Can't
connect to (our_hostname): IO::Socket::INET: connect: Unknown error at
E:/OTRS/otrs//Kernel/System/CustomerAuth/LDAP.pm line 149.
