Hey there. I just had a question about attachments from incoming mail to
OTRS. My problem is that when a user submits a new ticket bysending an
e-mail to OTRS along with an attachment the attachment doesn't seem to
display properly. When I zoom in on the ticket with the attachment the
attachment is renamed to 'file-X' (i.e. file-1....no extension) and when I
try to view it I am unable to do so. Any idea on how I can go about fixing
this or anyone know what's going on exactly? Thanks for your time!
