This seems to be a known error with Net::DNS version 0.60. You can use otrs.checkModules to see what version you have installed currently. The solution would be to upgrade Net::DNS to a version > 0.60. The current version of the module is 0.63.

I wrote instructions for that in a post just yesterday: * log into OTRS with an administrator account * click on the Admin icon * navigate to SysConfig, under Misc * Search for MXRecord Now the Core group is displayed, which holds the setting for CheckMXRecord.
