I'm using the standard OTRS 2.3.4 how downloaded by the OTRS WEB site. It say also
Software error: No SASL mechanism found at C:/PROGRA~1/OTRS/OTRS/Kernel/cpan-lib/Authen/SASL.pm line 74 I cannot find SASL on the manual. Does it exist a god book on OTRS?
