username with my domain, such as wincor-nixdorf.com\softwaresupport.ma
is that what do u mean ??

Is DEEXVS03.wincor-nixdorf.com pingable from the machine hosting OTRS? Also
with your username you can try pre-fixing the username with your domain, such
as domainname\domainaccount.
