Hi everyone. I'm trying to upgrade from version 2.2.6 to the new version in a test environment. No errors are returned from the otrs.checkModules.pl script. I went through the UPGRADING instructions for 2.3 version and after for the 2.4 version. The 2.4 version perl script returned the following errors: Start migration of the system... NOTICE: Rebuild config... done. NOTICE: Clean up old cache files... done. ERROR: OTRS-DBUpdate-to-2.4-10 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Wed Sep 2 13:54:39 2009 Message: Need Type! Migration of the system completed! No errors in the 2.3 version scripts and neither from the pre and post sql 2.4's upgrade scripts.Apparently the system is working fine but I wanted to be sure that these errors are not important.
