Hello all, We have a question about whether it is possible to always display the original subject of a ticket (in the Customer ticket view) instead of the subject of the last entered article. I think this question has been raised in Bug Report 2673 and Bug Report 2040. Both reports show an assigned status, but I was wondering if there has been any resolution or if anyone has produced a workaround.
