Hi, I’m using OTRS 2.4.5. I can’t receive email in OTRS. When I try to receive email over POP3S the error stuff “Can’t connect mail server” is displayed and logged.

I can receive email manually if i directly access the mail server using the following command: openssl s_client -connect pop3s_mail_server:995 How can I receive email on OTRS using POP3S.
