Hi Sally, I was a stoical sufferer for years..lots of wooly gloves and circles of sheepskin tucked into my bra for my affected nipples(desperate measures..an old pair of slippers) However I was recommended a herbal remedy called Rutin which did the trick and I have never suffered since...mind you moving away from the North of Scotland may have helped!
