Hi all, I've noticed that the following error has started appearing for a few of our web apps.
Event Type: Error Event Source: Windows SharePoint Services 3 Event Category: General Event ID: 5629 Date: 26/09/2010 Time: 8:09:25 PM User: N/A Computer: DEV-SPPWEB-01 Description: Failed to load the SafeControl assembly paths for web.config. C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\WebApp In addition, I'm getting this for a few assemblies deployed to these apps but they appear to be running as expected and nothing has been done to these for quite some time. The only solutions relating to 5629 call for rebuilding the SPP and associated web apps. Does anyone have any less dramatic suggestions??
