Can you try closing outlook (make sure it closed in the process list) and then start it by "start-run" and typing "outlook /safe". try to view the calendar now - does that work?

I can't seem to find anything relating to this error for Office 2010 - only 2K3 and 2K7. The registry keys mentioned don't exist on this users machine. The user has full control to the site as well as the calendar list in the site. Does anyone have any ideas?
