Hey List - Blush! I have much to learn in the Mac world.

I took out the 180 604e CPU card, hit the CUDA button, did the PRAM salute
and stuck in an old 132 MHz 604 card.

Booted, installed OS 9.1. Played around a bit, all seemed well so I pulled
the CPU, hit the CUDA again, stuck the 180 604e card back in and all still
seems well. 8^).

One can certainly start looping on oneself when trying to figure out such a
problem. Apparently I was looping pretty bad 8^)

Thanks for all the useful and instant responses. This list is great.

Regards,
Mike Wafkowski

Sounds like it could be a SCSI issue. Check to be sure only one (and only
one) device on your internal (and external) SCSI chain is terminated. Also
