Hi all, Thanks for all the input. Unfortunately nothing seems to work. I have checked my TCP and it is set to PPP. I have checked with my service provider and I have the right DNS entries. I checked the modem with TechTools and it passed, but I also tried a different modem and the same thing. AOL is not my provider. I really can't think of anything else...... Anyone got any other ideas ? I just can't figure it out.........
