Over on the G-list someone just mentioned a 10-base-T to Wireless 
adapter made by D-link: <http://www.dlink.com/products/dwl810/>

NO drivers needed, heck they say you can use it to connect game 
consoles to the network.

They mentioned it was $60 at microcenter.com after a rebate.

So long as you're not using your built-in ethernet to connect to 
another network segment, this is the way to go, I'd think.
