In which case, No, this isn't possible without serious chassis modification
- the motherboards are different sizes and have different connectors - The
6400 series' motherboard is a Lot longer (ie would stick out about 2
inches). Technically, PSU mods aren't necessary unless you want to drive the
PCI slot, in which case use a 6500 series, which generates its own PCI
power.

The 6400 board will fit in the 630 series, and any of the 5xxx or 6xxx
series, without any modification unless you want to use the PCI slot
