Does anyone know if there is a 3rd party tool or plugin that allows you to modify PDF documents opened in a browser? Functionality I'm looking for includes:
- all bookmark functionality (add/remove/edit)
- add/delete/move pages
- crop/rotate pages (rotate is currently available in a browser window)
- modify page content
The tool would need to somehow upload or record any changes made by the user. Thanks.
