Because I rarely send PDF's as attachments to e-mail and if I do, I have no need to send high quality ones or anything I couldn't attach as a normal file. Also, whenever I delete the tool button in Outlook for "Attach as PDF" something keeps putting it back every time and it is incredibly annoying. I don't mind having the option to call Acrobat from Outlook but I don't want it forced down my throat every time I want to send an e-mail.
