I'm an Italian software engineer and I'm using BLENC extension for my works.
Because the extension seems to be no longer supported on PECL site (it
does not compile with latest versions of PHP) I would to become a
maintainer of BLENC.
Currently my BLENC version, if you want to test it, is available here:
https://code.google.com/p/php-blenc/source/checkout
It works with earlier and newest versions of PHP, and it has some extra
features like expiration date of module and a more strong management of
keyfile (keys also can be encrypted with a hard coded secret phrase, but
in this way you have to recompile the extension for each system).
I hope you can give me the opportunity to become a BLENC maintainer so I
can support the main repository with my modifications.
