This boast by the Obama administration is narrowly true about prices but 
a lie for workers. The deductible that employees face before their 
health coverage kicks in has gone up and will continue to go up. Workers 
pay more for health care or they do not get care they need because of 
the rising deductible. From the Kaiser Family Foundation on the general 
average deductible: "The 2015 value is 67% higher than the average 
general annual deductible of 2010." p. 118,
