for the August 1997 crash being an 'accident' and explains that Diana
was reasonably healthy when put in the ambulance, by the time it
eventually reached hospital she was almost dead and John believes she
was killed in the ambulance ... in an operation conducted by Sherard
Cowper-Coles of MI6 under the orders of the Way Ahead Group which
includes the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh. As John explains, once
