We could. However I would __MUCH__ rather that Perl 5 did not segfault. Irritating though the popups are they do at least allow me to get a backtrace to the segfault. Maybe have the handler unless -DDEBUGGING ? -- Nick Ing-Simmons http://www.ni-s.u-net.com/
