Okay, a copying collector for buffers is now in place and committed.
Works pretty well, though the fact that we never mark any buffers as
unused does tend to slow things down a bit. I'm working on the
tracing liveness bits now, so those'll go in soon.
Snag and enjoy. And read PDD 9--I'm going to add more to it, but a
copying collector will make your (and my) life profoundly unpleasant
if we're not careful with buffer pointers under the hood.
