nmake error building Pugs

Hi,
      I am having trouble building pugs (Perl6-Pugs-6.0.10 and
Perl6-Pugs-6.0.11) on win2k professional. I am not able to get the new
versions up  (I have upgraded MakeMaker and Module::Install). I have
put in some more details here .
