Actually Markus Amsler did write a working tiny webserver in PIR.

It was broken after charset changes.
After tweaking the 'read' op to return an ascii STRING, it is working again on Linux, and propably on Win32.


It might be worthwile to set PARROT_NET_DEVEL = 1 by default, so that socket IO can be continually be tested. After the branching for the may release?
