I have no objection. It's included in Bundle::Parrot
(http://search.cpan.org/dist/Bundle-Parrot/Parrot.pm), so it's not like
we're banishing it.
The point is, if nobody is using it, than it can and should be banished.
So Parser::RecDescent, and possibly other Modules, can be removed from
Bundle::Parrot
as well.
