If you have a ticket in your queue that you haven't reviewed in a
while, check it out, make sure it's still relevant. Set the owner to
Nobody if you're not going to end up working on it. Add a comment if
you've had an idea about how to fix it, but don't have the time to
work on it just yet. If the ticket is stalled for some reason other
than lack of your tuits, change the status to 'stalled'.
There are 14 tickets that haven't been touched at all since before
01/01/07. If we could re-examine these 14 tickets, even to stall them,
that would be great. (See attached).
Overall, we're at: 11 new tickets, 673 open tickets, and 89 stalled tickets.
