Since I was the release manager for Parrot 1.7.0, I would *love* to know if this is a Parrot issue, a Rakudo issue, a proto issue, or some dragon-like mixture of the three. Can you show the error output of what happens when you attempt to install http::deamon, as well as the relevant versions of each program involved? Thanks!
