Nable users that got an unsubscribe mail form the old list need to re-submit to
the new if they want to be able to send mail directly to the list.
(Sadly Mailman does not distinguish people that unsubscribe from those that
switch to "no mail"… and I did not want to subscribe all those who actively
unsubscribe for real).
