Bug#922026: fasttracker2 -- Not fit for next release

Pseudo-Bug to keep fasttracker2 out of testing so it does not end up in 
the next release.

Upstream author finds the software too buggy yet for release, so we'll 
wait until he agrees
to have it released as stable.
