I have completely reworked http://www.miscdebris.net/plplot_wiki/index.php?title=CMake_options_for_PLplot to have a standard form with an extra level of indexing. The information within this part of the wiki has also now been completely updated to reflect the current bindings and current device drivers with the correct default options.
This all started because I couldn't find documentation of the DEFAULT_NO_BINDINGS option within the wiki.
