About 20 years ago I used Abiword for a while and am considering it as a LO Writer replacement for the infrequent processed word documents.
When I first invoke AW, move from page to page, or do anything but type a few words the display flickers (as if it's rolling vertically) for variable times. It's both annoying and likely not supposed to happen. If you use AW have you seen this behavior? There does not seem to be activity on the mail list.
