That has NEVER been done here in the U.S. By far the most "Wealth" in this Nation is held in Real Estate. Even with all these "problems" with Mortgages here, we are really only talking about some 5% of Loans, when in fact fully 1/3 of all Homes in this Country are Owned outright.
