THOSE are YOUR words, not some "citation".

You then cite something completely different than this...

And no, I do not consider 401k's or IRA's "Savings", they are
"Investments".

Savings are when you put money in places where you can't lost it, like
Savings Accounts or Government Bonds or the like.
