I'm not, as already explained in a previous post. May make chicken in
some rip off of Pierre Franey. But I may buy some turkey thighs and
make turkey mole for Xmas. The conditions for raising commercial
poutry in America are horrid for both turkey and chicken- they are
caged their entire lives- but it makes for large breasts. :-)
