No, no, no.  I can barely tolerate turkey (I just don't like it much) and 
the stuffing is much better if it spends some time cooking INSIDE the bird.

You are better off not stuffing a turkey- let the oven air glide
through its frame. I have used other fillers, however, like apples and
onions but it's better with a spice rub inside and out- a day before
roasting. I think there must be some relation between a stuffed bird
and fertility.:-)
