I may have mentioned that although I live in a gated community a rural area is down the road about a mile. A farmer brings my milk, butter, cheese, eggs and YES my free range non-steroidal turkeys (2). In over 20 years of cooking Thanksgiving dinner I have not (unintentionally) poisoned anyone.
